After a brief flirtation with professional cricket, Tim realised that his talents were more effective after the hours of play. His growing passion for wine resulted in him establishing Chalgrove Wines in 1995.

Tim attributes the ongoing success of Chalgrove Wines to his personal relationships with small independent growers, never compromising on quality whilst remaining competitively priced.

Graham is the newest member of the team looking after the warehousing and delivery of our wines. Having had a successful career within the aerospace industry he is enjoying not spending his day in meetings and being paid for getting fit. He always enjoys the happy demeanour of our customers when he arrives, though Graham believes it's because everyone shares his passion for Oxford United FC; he doesn't realise it’s due to him delivering our lovely wines!

David has known Tim since school days and joined the Chalgrove team  in 1999.  Previous to this he spent several years working in the Brewery industry, real ale being another passion of his. David's main role for Chalgrove Wines is growing the on-trade side of the business, where his expertise lays. David is also known to answer to 'Douglas' (courtesy of his young sons) and sites Italian wine as his favourite. 

Since leaving Uni, Pip has helped her brother's business grow from strength to strength and run like clockwork. Known as the Mary Poppins of the office, she effortlessly processes all of Tim's post-it notes whilst running the internal IT systems, keeping an eye on stock levels and ensuring all customers get their orders on time. When she's not in the office she's looking after two boys and a husband.
